The Team
As part of the Healthcare Warehouse Management Systems team I was a BSA, gathering customer requirements to implement the federal DSCSA requirement.
Key Contributions
Managed the team's Redis infrastructure while strategically bridging the gap between technical operations and product management.
Achievements
-
DSCSA is a dense federal regulation. My job was to read that complexity and convert it into clear, prioritised features that engineers could actually build.
-
Delivered high-level leadership presentations on project status, integration dependencies, and tracked metrics via Power BI dashboards — enabling data-driven decision-making.
-
Collaborated with system architects to produce I created the documentation architecture — process flows, integration maps, config specs — that kept 100+ distribution centers aligned.
Apart from BSA role
-
During my time in UPS, I was also breifly in a data-heavy role as a Payroll Analyst. Here I used SQL to investigate payroll discrepancies affecting real employees. The work required precision and built trust with HR, IT, and compliance simultaneously.
